I am Çetin Kocaman — a technology leader, systems strategist, and problem-solver with years of hands-on experience in IT operations, cloud environments, infrastructure management, automation, and digital transformation.

Throughout my career, I have focused on one thing: delivering real solutions to real business problems. From managing complex system environments to leading critical operations, from resolving infrastructure crises to building practical automation workflows, my work has always been about turning complexity into clarity and action.

I have spent years helping companies improve reliability, efficiency, and operational control. My experience covers system administration, cloud and infrastructure management, process automation, monitoring solutions, and the design of scalable IT services. I do not believe in theoretical technology. I believe in technology that works, creates value, and produces measurable results.

My educational background combines technical depth with management perspective. After graduating from Ege University, Faculty of Aquatic Sciences, I completed my master’s degree in Management Information Systems at Haliç University. This combination has shaped the way I approach challenges: with both technical precision and business awareness.

I am also the founder of Bigs Bilişim, a company built on the vision of delivering practical, modern, and high-value technology solutions. My goal is not simply to manage systems, but to help businesses grow stronger through smarter infrastructure, better automation, and more effective use of technology.
